Joseph Tex Dozier
Strategist | General Consultant
Recognized as one of the “hundred most influential political professionals in the world” and as one of the top 40 professionals under the age of 40 by the American Association of Political Consultants, Tex is the principal of JTD Strategies (founded 2012), a general consulting and MarCom firm that advises causes, campaigns, and companies — defending and advocating for free peoples and free societies from small towns to international capitals.

Tex recently launched Vӧr Global Advisory to form a specialized entity that meets clients' (e.g., NGOs, NPOs, political orgs/PACs/parties, PE firms, family offices, public-sector entities) tailored needs in our evolving environment. Tex has conducted observation missions, election operations, and advising in the US, Asia, Caribbean, and Europe where he has prioritized citizen-driven advocacy, government accountability, and positive US relations.
Tex serves as a vice-president on the International Association of Political Consultant's board. He is certified and experienced in election observation as a long-term and short-term observer by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. He has degrees in political science and classics as well as a graduate certificate in professional editing from the University of Chicago.
Before consulting, observing, and ghost writing full-time, Tex interned, fellowed, contracted for, or worked with various nonprofits and organizations including the Leadership Institute, the Sam Adams Alliance, the State Department, the Cato Institute, and the Republican National Committee. Tex applies his experience and expertise through community and civic service — volunteering on his local city council and county commission advisory boards and as a Wichita Wagonmaster.
